Stacey Taylor: I am an instructional coach with an emphasis in ELA in a large suburban school district in Saint Louis. This blog is a collection of thoughts, ideas, and inspiration that come from my work with teachers and students. My passion is to find ways to help teachers feel more successful and effective in their practices. I am constantly trying to outgrow my own thinking about what makes for great teaching. Why did I name the blog, "Teaching from the Left"? Honestly, it had a better ring than "Teaching from the Side". As a coach I am the teacher/cheerleader off to the side working to make learning communities the best that they can be! *All posts are my own*
